You can eat plenty of yogurt and drink buttermilk. You can also eat some rice that has been cooked till it is soft and can be easily digested. Drinking black tea is generally considered an effective remedy for diarrhea. For your stomach cramps, you can try using asafetida. You can make a paste using a small amount of asafetida and some water and apply this on your stomach. Concentrate on the area around the belly button. Let this dry on your stomach. You can also eat a pinch of asafetida, wrapped in some brown sugar. A hot water bottle will also give you relief from the cramps.
