Try the following simple home remedies for your knee pain -
- Follow 'ICE' method. Rest is important, till the injury heals. Apply ice, compression. Put ice in a plastic bag or wrap it in a towel and apply it on the affected area. This will also help to decrease the swelling caused due to the injury. Lastly elevation. Keep your leg in an elevated position for a while minutes for better circulation. While sleeping at night place a foot high pillow below your legs to keep them in elevated position and improve blood circulation.
- Mix clove oil with coconut oil and rub it gently over the affected knee injury, this will help relieve the knee pain.
