In order to safely get rid of waxy deposits in your ear, you can begin with a simple irrigation method. Pour a few drops of warm water in your ear, leave them there for a minute and then drain out. Do this about thrice before any wax will melt and move out. This is a pretty basic method. If it does not work, it means you have very generous wax deposits in your ears. If this is the case, you can try to put a few drops of hydrogen peroxide in your ear and let it stand for a while. You will hear it crackling, and this is an indicator that it is working towards clearing the blockage. You can drain the peroxide out of your ear after the crackling sound has stopped. After this, use a swab to clean up any leftovers.
A stronger alternative to this is inserting a few drops of diluted vinegar - equal parts of vinegar and water - and letting it stand. Once again, you will hear a crackling sound in your ear. This will need to be used at least for a week daily if it is to show any positive results. In order to loosen wax, you can add a few drops of baby oil to your ear and leave it there for a couple of hours. When you clean this out, the wax will come out with it.
