Health advice on leg pain-
- Please request your wife to stretch her legs for 10 times before she goes to bed. Sitting and stretching legs forward, moving foot backward and forwards as much as possible. Next practice standing and stretching by moving legs forwards, and upwards, again with foot backward and forward.
- Tell her to do dip her foot till the ankles, alternately in a cold and hot water tub for 3-4 seconds in each. Do this before going to bed.
- Take a homeopathic remedy Rhus tox 30 5 pills once at bed time daily for 15 days.
