There are some preventive measures for the hair loss in women. Head massage using olive, almond and caster oil is quite advantageous. It stimulates the hair follicles and promotes hair growth. Have a balanced diet rich in carbohydrates, calcium, proteins, folic acid, vitamins such as B6, B12 and C and minerals. Avoid excess exposure to heat, wind and sun. Avoid a use of hairdryers and strong chemicals.
