Cold Season is Upon Us

If antibiotics are prescribed because of a secondary infection, it is important to take them for the full course, meaning, exactly how long your doctor prescribed them. If you quite taking them as soon as you start to feel better, the infection has a chance of returning. In addition to keeping up with rest, staying well hydrated, and using the remedies or medicines that your doctor suggests, taking steam a few times every day can also be beneficial in alleviating bothersome symptoms. Simply put, there are just too many different kinds out there floating around at any given time. For now, it looks like avoidance is key, and if you do get sick, it would be a good time to pamper yourself and speed your recovery.
