Tuberculosis is quite a serious disease and you would do well to visit a doctor for treatment. Most tuberculosis patients only have latent, asymptomatic tuberculosis, but if this is not treated, it can become a full blown tuberculosis infection, which is often fatal. Home remedies are not enough to cure this disease, so whether you like it or not, you will need to take medication, and this will include antibiotics. You should also note that the medication to treat tuberculosis lasts for several months in order to completely get rid of all the bacteria in the body. Stopping your medication because you feel fine or because you have “had enough” of it, as many people do, will most probably result in a relapse, which will be more difficult to treat, and you will have to go through the whole process all over again.
As far as the non medical part of the treatment goes — note that this is only part of the treatment and not a replacement for the antibiotics — a healthy diet is absolutely essential. In particular, you should make sure that you are getting enough protein and vitamin D. In addition, as with any serious disease, it is important that you get adequate rest, especially for the first month or two.
