As far as it is possible to tell, cinnamon and honey have no noticeable impact on blood pressure, whether positive or negative. If anything, a rare reaction to certain types of honey, known as honey intoxication, may involve low blood pressure, shock, and heart arrhythmias. Normally however, there is nothing to worry about as far as honey and cinnamon are concerned.
If on the other hand, you want to take honey and cinnamon as a remedy for low blood pressure, you are unlikely to get the benefit you are looking for, but you can go ahead all the same, as there are several other benefits. Cinnamon is known to have antibacterial and antioxidant properties, while honey has a whole range of uses as a natural remedy, with a list that is too long to complete here. To list a few though, honey is used for a variety of skin problems, to soothe sore throats and coughs, as a natural antibacterial lotion for wounds, and to ease an upset or sensitive digestive system.
As far as managing high blood pressure goes, you need to exercise daily and control your intake of salt and high fat foods as well as alcohol and tobacco, while increasing your intake of fruits and vegetables.
