Lower abdomen pain

I have pain in the lower abdomen and cannot sit the during pain. Please let me know suitable solution of this problem.

You have not mentioned any other symptoms that you have experienced along with the pain in your abdomen. If you are unable to sit, then it is advisable to consult your doctor at the earliest.

Do you experience this pain while passing urine? If yes, then this could be a urinary tract infection. You can help the body get rid of the infection by drinking water. Fruit juices are beneficial too and cranberry juice is especially beneficial. A pain in your stomach could also be due to indigestion and development of gas. Lie down with a hot water bottle held to your stomach. You can also find relief by sipping some warm water. If you have gas, you should lie down flat. Make a thick paste with a spoonful of asafetida and some drops of water. Apply this on your stomach, concentrating on your belly button. Let this dry on your stomach. You can also eat a pinch of asafetida with some warm water. Wrap the asafetida in some brown sugar to make it easier to swallow. Eat a pinch of carom seeds along with a glass of warm water. Chew the seeds slowly, so that the juice is released into your mouth.
