This will detoxify and cleanse your kidneys and will improve your general health by helping flush toxins from the body. Concentrate on the juices of cranberry and white radish, which will deep clean your kidneys. Drink as much water as you want. It is possible that you will have headaches for the first day, since the body is not used to a diet so lean, but if you can ignore them, it will be good. If not, eat fruit for the second half of the day. This should help your headache. Eat lots of citrus fruits as these will help flush your kidneys. Among vegetables, concentrate on asparagus, which is medicinally most useful for the kidneys. It will clean and detoxify your kidneys and flush them out very well. You can also have cucumber, radish and celery juice to help in cleansing your kidneys.
