- It could be a rash. Apply olive oil, Aloe Vera gel, vitamin E oil or cod liver oil to it 2-3 times day.
- Make a paste of baking powder with water and cover the rash with it. Wash it with lukewarm water after 8-10 minutes.
- Add 1 cup of oatmeal in your bathtub and soak in it. An oatmeal bath is recommended for reducing inflammation and treating rashes.
- You can also wash the rash with chamomile tea.
- Prepare calcium water by mixing 1 teaspoon of calcium gluconate powder in 1 cup of water. Soak a piece of cloth in it and place it over the rash. You can also substitute calcium water with comfrey tea.
- You can apply Burdock root oil to the area once at night.
- After taking bath, dust the affected area with cornstarch or talcum powder.
- Avoid foods that you are allergic to and have foods rich in vitamin C and zinc.
- Use mild soap to wash the affected area and always keep it dry.
- Always use warm or lukewarm water and keep it away from exposure to direct sunlight.
- Let the area be aired and do not use any new lotion or cream over it.
- Wear lose and comfortable clothing.
