The age at which you should start using anti-aging products is a broad question. As for some they need to start as soon as they turn 28 or 29 but some might not even feel the need of these products even at the age of 35. However it would be wise to start when you feel that you are getting fine lines near your eyes, on your forehead or when you smile. - Before stepping out in sun always wear a sunscreen lotion (with appropriate SPF) 20 minutes before. Avoid facing the sun between 11 am to 3 pm; this is the worst time to step in sun.
- Include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, lime juice with honey and sugarcane juice in your diet. Coconut water (fresh) is especially good for skin.
- Drink lots of water. Keep yourself well hydrated.
- Avoid smoking completely, as smoking can cause severe skin damage.
