- Relax with yogic. Take slow and deep breathing, concentrating on each breath. Do this for 20 minutes to half an hour.
- Take a homeopathic remedy called gelsemium 30 5 pills, once at bed time daily for 15 days.
- Take 1/2 kg of bitter gourd and make juice and drink it daily.
- Take lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.
- Take another follow up remedy called Zincum met 30 [homeopathic]. Take 5 pills of this once at bed time for 15 days.
