Stroke in the brain is deadly and can lead to heart attack. When the blood supply to the brain is blocked and the brain cells are starved of oxygen leading to death of certain cells and damage to certain brain cells. Bromelain can be helpful in preventing the stroke. Take 1500 mgs of bromelain three times a day. Take 180 to 240 mgs of gingko a day which will help in preventing stroke. Have 1 teaspoon of flax seed oil a day .Consume 3000 mgs of Vitamin C a day.
These supplements need to be taken after doctor's advice. A team of physiotherapists, occupational therapists and speech therapists can help in recovering from paralysis.
