- Take out the pulp of 1 ripe Bael fruit and mash it remove the seeds. Add some water to it and sieve it. Throw the pulp and add some sugar to the juice and drink it early in the morning on an empty stomach. You can also add milk to the juice for taste or eat the pulp directly after removing the seeds.
- Take 1 tbsp of cinnamon powder half an after your meals.
- Boil 1 tbsp of fennel seeds in 100 ml of water and drink it 1 hour before your meals. Chew some seeds after having food.
- Take Liquorice powder with jaggery and water to get relief from constipation.
- Take 5 gms of Hog Weed root powder 3 times a day.
- Eat a salad of the leaves of Indian once a day.
- Drink lots of water and buttermilk.
- Eat vegetable salads and fresh fruits.
- Half an hour before your lunch eat 1 apple.
- Take 1 tsp of corn syrup and add it to 8 oz of water and drink it once in the daytime.
- Mix ½ tsp of honey with ½ cup of water and drink it 2 to 3 times daily.
- Drink a mixture of ½ a cup each of olive oil and orange juice.
