Skin rash cures

I have had a dry scaly rash on my elbows for years. (not the inside-the outside. Now I am getting similar dry red spots on my legs and upper back. I have had dry itchy scalp as well that nothing helps. I fear this spreading.

Skin rash cures

It appears as though you are suffering from an inflammation of the skin. Inflammation of the skin can be traced to a variety of reasons. Allergies to cosmetics, dyes used in clothes, a reaction to the sun are some of the reasons for your skin to develop itchiness and a red rash. However, since your inflammation had spread from your elbows to other parts of your body, I would suggest that you consult a doctor to ascertain the reasons for this condition.

A doctor will also be able to help you isolate the possible allergy causing ingredient in your lifestyle. Avoid food that causes allergy. Try not to use cosmetics that contain a high percentage of chemicals since this will only irritate the inflamed skin. Was the affected area carefully and pat dry. Try not to experiment with any new food items or any new cosmetics. When going out always protect  the inflamed area to minimize exposure to the sun.

Gently apply olive oil to your inflamed skin. This will soothe the skin.
Pour  a cup of uncooked oatmeal into your bath water. Let this soak for ten minutes. Now enjoy a long soak and you will find that your skin feels better.
