Twitching eye advice
You seem to be suffering from what is known as Blepharospasm or eye twitching. This is a problem that afflicts some people and causes an abnormal twitching of the eye. Various people experience this problem differently; while some people experience twitching under their eye, others find that the entire eye twitches. Although this is a fairly common problem, there are various reasons for the occurrence of this condition. You may have noticed that after late nights and an irregular sleep schedule your eye twitches. This is the beginning of Blepharospasm and it is often accompanied by an irritation of the eye. It is always better to visit a doctor who can diagnose the exact nature of your problem.
You can ease the discomfort to your eyes by ensuring that you get plenty of sleep. If your job involves working at a computer, then take short breaks to give your eyes a rest. Cutting down on your daily intake of tea and coffee will also help since these are stimulants and without them you can get a good night’s sleep.
When your eyes feel strained, take a break and splash cold water on your eyes. Peel and cut a raw potato. Applying slices of raw potatoes on your eyes will give you some relief.
