- Blisters are caused due to burns though heat or fire, sunburns, eczema or other skin conditions. If you have blisters due to burning then do not try to drain them as it may cause infection. Otherwise, you can gently drain them or leave them if you can avoid putting any pressure on them.
- Wash your hands in warm water and apply some petroleum jelly to avoid the chances of friction. To avoid hurting them you can cover them with a band-aid or wrap a bandage on your hands.
- Apply calendula ointment which is made from Marigold or pure Ale Vera gel and cover with a gauze pad. Always remove the bandage before sleeping so as to expose them to air for natural healing.
- If a blister bursts on its own then wash your hands, apply any healing gel or cream and wrap a bandage and leave it for half an hour. Now, prepare a mixture from 1part of tea tree oil and 3 parts of vegetable oil. Apply it on the blisters 3 to 4 times a day. Tea tree oil kills bacteria and minimizes the chances of an infection.
- Go on an all fruit and vegetable juices diet for a month to cleanse your blood. Drink lots of water, buttermilk, cranberry juice, dandelion tea and consume sweet potatoes and Black Walnut Hulls for flushing out toxins from your body.
