Health Advice for Aching Legs
Your legs might be aching due to standing for long hours, over straining yourself, general body weakness, overweight or muscle or ligament strain. Try these home remedies for curing leg pain and preventing it from aggravating.
- Taking steam baths once a week or massaging your legs with coconut oil or mustard oil regularly will act as a natural cure in reducing your aching legs. You can boil a few cloves of garlic or clove spices in mustard oil or both and use it when it is still warm.
- Mix 200 gm of mustard oil and 10 gm of camphor and store it in a bottle. Now, place the bottle under the sun so that camphor dissolves completely and then rub your legs with it 2 times a day. This is a very beneficent home remedy for leg pain.
- You can wrap a red flannel around your legs to alleviate the pain.
- Eat 3 to 4 walnuts on an empty stomach early in the morning. This is a very good home remedy for leg pain and also knee pain.
- Add 2 tsp of fenugreek powder in 1 glass of water and drink it on an empty stomach in the morning or swallow 2 tsp of fenugreek seeds with 1 glass of water similarly. Using these natural remedies on a regular basis will give you relief from all kinds of body pain.
