Liver cirrhosis advice

If you have been diagnosed with cirrhosis of the liver, then you must ask your doctor this question, and he must provide you with an answer. A doctor's diagnosis is based on a physical examination of the patient, and is therefore more accurate. There are some general things about the condition that you must know. It is a serious condition which is chronic in nature, and curing, or arresting the condition in its present stage requires a disciplined method to be strictly followed. Since you do not have cirrhosis of the liver due to excessive intake of alcohol, chances are that the damage to your organ will not be too great. Again, this would depend on how early in the disease you have managed to catch it and a physical examination.

You can follow some simple guidelines that will help you out considerably. The first thing to remember is that you should avoid heavy work. It is imperative that you get plenty of rest in order to not aggravate your condition. You would also need to control your diet strictly. If you can, switch to a vegan diet that is rich in fruits and vegetables, with adequately high carbohydrates. You must eat more of papaya, spinach, beetroot and carrots. You should also have buttermilk with a dash of rock salt added.
