Sweating armpits home cures, How to reduce armpit sweat

The best home remedies for sweaty armpits?

If your armpits are excessively sweaty, the first thing you need to do is to keep your armpit hair trimmed to a very small length. Generally, when your armpits sweat excessively, the perspiration gets caught in the hair and tends to not dry up because of this reason. This will give you the feeling of having perpetually wet armpits. It is inadvisable to use anti perspirants, as these are known to have some other harmful side effects as well. It is better instead to use talcum powder. Talcum powder will absorb excess perspiration and will keep you feeling dry and clean. You can also carry a small box of talcum powder with you and apply it every time you feel dampness or discomfort. Make it a point to use talc based powder, however, and not corn starch based powder. Some powders are made with cornstarch and these will leave behind caked deposits which will make you feel uncomfortable.

The other thing you can do is avoid wearing tight fitting clothes made of synthetic materials, as these will cause heat to get trapped within and will cause excess sweating. It is always better to wear cotton clothes that have a comfortable and loose fit so that your body is constantly aired and there is little chance for too much sweat to accumulate.
