I am 22 yrs with 35 Kg weight girl. I want to improve my body weight. Please give tips to me?

Remember that exercise build muscle mass, which is basically where your weight lies. It does not really matter what kind of exercise you indulge in, as long as you do it daily.

You must also start eating more and correctly. It is absolutely essential that you do not skip meals. Another very important thing to remember is also that you must not drink water or any other liquid while eating, as this will reduce your appetite. As a matter of fact, it is better to avoid drinking water for about an hour after you have eaten as well. Also, you must try to stick to solid and well balanced meals that have all the five food groups present. This will make all the difference in your weight gain attempts.
