I'm 27 years, I never had acnes in teenager age. But now I have acne on cheeks & chin. Tell me some remedies for acne. And tell me moisture for my dry sensitive skin? Thanks

Sometimes, people have dry skin which actually develops acne and pimples. This is quite rare, but it is not impossible. If you have developed acne at the age of 27 years, then there will be some obvious reasons for it. Some of the possible reasons are hormonal changes or disturbances, change in lifestyle, change in behavior patterns or irregular sleeping patterns which have led to a stressful life. Sometimes, acne also surfaces at an age much later than adolescence because of completely unrelated factors such as extreme indigestion. Only, this is not actually acne, it is probably heat boils. In order to determine why you have acne, you must first go for a complete health check up. This will reveal the causes quite easily. If possible, visit a dermatologist and get your skin checked out thoroughly. This will enable you to know why you are suffering from acne.

Meanwhile, there are some Acne Home remedies that can help you to clear out even if you do not know the reason you have developed it. The first thing is that you must start eating right. This is especially important to control your acne. Junk food is a very prominent cause of developing acne at any age. The next thing is that you must ensure you are getting at least eight hours of sleep every night. Lack of sleep is also a reason for developing bad skin of any kind. If you do not rest adequately or properly, remember that the signs will show on your face first. Try to wash your face at least twice a day with a mild and organic face wash and apply a grease free cream each time. This is the most effective way of keeping it moisturized and still acne free. For rampant outbreaks of acne, apply a paste of sandalwood and rose water.
