If you have developed internal vaginal abrasions, it is always advisable to rest the vagina for a few days. This would mean no sexual activity of any kind and lying down as much as possible. For most part, internal vaginal abrasions can take care of themselves and do not really need to have anything applied to them to heal or cure them. But that would also depend upon the kind of abrasions you are talking about and whether or not they have the possibility of developing into sores. If you have abrasions due to rough, unusual or excessive sexual activity, then chances are that these abrasions will heal themselves. If you have injured yourself due to a fall or some other kind of injury, then it could be that you require medical help. Always remember that if you have a fever within 48 hours of developing any injury, then you need medical assistance as soon as possible, otherwise this could cause more problems and complications if ignored. The fever is the body's way of fighting infection, so if you have a fever, it means that you may just have become infected as well.
There are simple and natural things to apply to vaginal abrasions. One of them is coconut oil. If you are in too much pain, you can apply coconut oil for relief. This will help you considerably. But do remember that you must rest as much as you can. For minor scrapes or cuts, you can sit in a hot tub to which you have added a tablespoon of brandy. This will heal you from within and will also help to prevent the fever. You can also add a couple of tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide to the tub along with the brandy, as this is also an antiseptic agent.
