The pimples that you mention - are they all over your body or only on your face? If you have some kind of rash all over your body, you should simply visit your doctor at the earliest. A proper physical examination of the rash will be necessary in order to diagnose the problem and determine the necessary treatment. However, if you are only suffering from pimples on your face (and possibly neck), then you should be able to get rid of them quite easily, although it will probably take a couple of months. If you are in your teens, it might be more difficult - teen acne is often quite persistent and could take several months of regular treatment to clear up. First of all, you should start using an over the counter pimple cream that contains either salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide. These two chemicals help get rid of dead skin cells and bacteria, and any other pimple cream will have little or no effect. In addition to this, you must implement strict hygiene from now on. Acne is not caused by dirt, but a lack of hygiene can allow the build up of dead cells, sebum, and bacteria on the skin, which can then lead to blockages of pores, and subsequent infections. Wash your face several times a day, using either a mild soap or no soap whenever possible, and scrubbing your face gently with your palms.
Stricter hygiene might also help solve your other problem of itching at night. Start bathing just before you go to bed - if you get rid of the oil, dirt, and sweat of the day, the itching could stop. You should also consider whether the clothes you wear or your pillows are causing the itching. Either these materials are causing you to sweat and then itch, or the materials themselves are irritating your skin. Try wearing only cotton clothes and underwear, and using pillows and pillowcases of cotton.
One more possibility is that you suffer from some allergies that are causing the itching. Since the itching occurs only at night, it is quite likely that the substances that you are allergic to are on or around your bed. If the previously mentioned suggestions have no effect, try sleeping elsewhere in your house, and see if the itching persists, and also try removing or changing the materials and objects that are on and around your bed. Get your mattress cleaned too - dust is a common allergy, and mattresses accumulate a lot of dust.
