Fibroids are essentially tumors, and the term is usually used to refer specifically to uterine fibroids - tumors that grow in the muscle layers of the uterus. These kinds of tumors are extremely common, but they are always benign, that is they do not keep growing, do not affect surrounding tissues, and do not spread to other organs or parts of the body. In fact, in most cases, uterine fibroids do not even have any symptoms, and therefore do not require treatment.
You have not mentioned what symptoms you have been experiencing, and how you were diagnosed with fibroids, so it is not clear whether any treatment is needed. In any case, there is no way to "dissolve" fibroids. As mentioned, a fibroid is a tumor - an abnormal growth of cells or tissues. Fibroids therefore cannot be dissolved - the only ways in which it is possible to remove them are to physically remove them or else destroy them by other means. There are no known home remedies for fibroids - many sources claim to be able to treat fibroids by using certain foods or other alternative treatments, but so far there has been no scientific evidence to show that any of these remedies work. There is no food that can magically cause a tumor to shrink or dissolve, either directly or indirectly. Other treatments such as hot compresses with oils or herbs may provide some amount of temporary relief from the pain, but this does not mean that they are actually causing any change in the fibroids. There is no way in which an externally applied oil or herb can cause a change in a tumor, else we would probably be curing cancer by now.
If you have been suffering any symptoms due to the fibroids, such as abdominal bloating, pain during periods, abnormally heavy menstrual flow, back aches, constipation, or the need to urinate too frequently, you should visit your doctor and discuss the medical options available to you. If you have reached menopause or are close to menopause, you will most probably be advised to simply wait. With menopause, levels of reproductive hormones drop, and as a result fibroids usually shrink naturally. In the meanwhile, mild medication may be needed in order to manage the symptoms. In case your symptoms are extremely painful or uncomfortable and there is no natural relief in sight in the near future, you may be advised to have the fibroids removed surgically or have them destroyed by some other procedure such as ultrasound.
