Stop Premature Graying of Hair

I have white hair all over my head. Please suggest me with some remedies to bring my hair back to normal black color. I feel very shy and bad to move into public and I spend a lot of money on hair dyes.

There are a few basic things that you should know about white hair. The first is that it is generally related to age. If you are over the age of 35, then you can rest easy with the knowledge that white hairs can occur at any time. If you are younger than the age of 35 years, however, and are faced with the problem of white hair, then you are facing what is commonly known as premature graying. There can be a few common reasons for this problem, which has become increasingly common by itself too. In order to stop premature graying, you can try to see if it is possible for you to isolate the problem that affects you. The problems can range from heredity and excessive stress to a pigmentation disorder. If you have this problem running through the family, then it is better you know straightaway that there is nothing you can do about it. Heredity cannot be altered by any means known to mankind, and there are certainly no easy solutions to take care of this problem either. It is better you try to ignore your inherited gray hair and get on with life as usual.

However, if you are struck with something like a stressful period in your life, keep in mind that this could also be a major cause of your sudden graying. Keep in mind that this suggestion only works if you have grayed suddenly. If the process of your hair turning gray has been a gradual one, it could very well be a natural one. You would need to adopt measures that will release stress and return your hair color back to normal. A strict and good regiment of sleep and exercise accompanied with a good diet will work very well for you. But you would need to give it time. Do not expect results in a week or two, give it a few months and you will see a change. If you have a pigmentation problem, you should consult with a trichologist who will not only make an accurate diagnosis, but will also be able to provide you with the perfect solution for replenishing your natural pigmentation. A trichologist is a specialist who focuses only on problems related to the hair and scalp. And although this kind of a specialist is not exactly easy to find, you should make it a point to look one up.
