Instead give her carrot sticks, or pieces of fresh fruit.
You can soak some figs in water overnight and give it to the baby in the morning. Similarly you can soak six raisins in some warm water and leave them out overnight. In the morning, remove the water and crush the raisins. Give your child the crushed raisins and the water. You can also give her vegetable juices. Mixing one cup of tomato juice with half a cup of sauerkraut juice and one fourth cup of carrot juice will act like a laxative and help relieve your baby of her constipation. Mix half a teaspoon of honey in half a glass of warm water and give this to your baby. Heat half a cup of milk and add a spoon of clarified butter or butter in this. Give this to your child at bedtime.
