People who are lactose intolerant or allergic to dairy products often suffer from symptoms such as gas, borborygmus, and diarrhea. Other foods may also cause similar symptoms. You should keep track of what you are eating, and try to notice whether the growling occurs only after the consumption of certain foods. If you are unable to detect a cause on your own, you will need to consult a doctor.
