Is it possible to have exercise or any food to increase breast(bust) size?


An increase in breast size is a natural occurrence. If you are less than about 16 years of age, you need to wait and see how much the size of your breasts will increase naturally. This will also help with muscular development in a big way. Added lean meat, milk and all dairy products should encourage the growth and development of your muscles in all areas. Since you have also started to exercise, this will also help you to get a sculpted body on an overall basis. Please keep in mind that you cannot expect overnight results. Continue with the exercises for a couple of months at least before you can hope to see positive results.
