Avocados
Avocados are rich in vitamins such as Vitamins A, B1, B2, C, K and E and fatty acids. Free radicals, caused by the body’s metabolism and environmental factors, damage skin cells and lead to aging. The fruit skin is antibiotic and is employed as a vermifuge and a good remedy for dysentery. It is round to egg or pear-shaped bright green to green-brown (or almost black) in color. Avocados also have 60% more potassium than bananas. The fruit is not sweet, but fatty, strongly flavored, and of smooth, almost creamy texture. The fruit has a markedly higher fat content than most other fruits, mostly monounsaturated fat. The avocado makes an excellent substitute for meats in sandwiches and salads because of its high fat content.

Mayonnaise
Mayonnaise is a creamy emulsion of egg yolks, oil, salt, lemon juice and mustard. It is used as a condiment for sandwiches, along with ketchup and mustard. A layer of mayonnaise spread across the bread provides moisture. Mayonnaise can be used as a natural hair conditioner and as a facial cleanser.
