In addition to this site's information, you might also check E-Bay, Amazon.com or Powells.com for appropriate (used) books. I have a very old cookbook which contains traditional home remedies in addition to the recipes. Much information is available on the internet, but users need to evaluate the source of the information very carefully. Occasionally, you will find a "free" book of this type being advertised on late-night TV as part of other book sales. I currently have several really good books on natural pest remedies which were obtained during a "sleepless" night. Keep in mind that recommendedremedies do not work for all people-- and our diversity creates some challenges in finding those that are most appropriate!
