Try this for sinusitis –
- Vitamin A present in mangoes and papaya helps to maintain an healthy epithelium lining in the respiratory track and also fights against infections.
- Include garlic and onions liberally in your diet, as they are very effective in treating sinusitis.
- Take steam from boiling water with cumin seeds to open your nasal passage and ease breathing.
- Roasted cumin when taken with honey in 1:2 proportion also helps in sinusitis.
Try this for halitosis -
- Prepare fenugreek seeds tea by adding 2tsp seeds in 1 liter water. Boil for 15 minutes and strain. Drinking this tea will be very helpful to cure halitosis.
- Boil parsley and few cloves in water for 10 minutes. Strain and use this water as a mouthwash 4-5 times a day. This will help cure bad breath.
- Chew raw guava fruit or guava leaves. The malic, oxalic, tannic and phosphoric acids along with calcium and magnesium helps in halitosis.
- Chew sugar free gum to increase the saliva in the mouth and drink plenty of water.
