How can I overcome my nervousness? My feets are cold too.

Your adrenal glands may be stressed. I have experienced problems with my adrenal glands that became very serious. I started out feeling how you just described always nervous and having cold feet or a feeling of being stressed out. First stay away from sugar, it definitely increases anxiety by causing your blood sugar to be unstable. Eat 5 to 6 small meals or snacks throughout the day that are balanced protein, fat, complex carbs. You may also want to be checked for DHEA levels. Low DHEA can cause high cortisol levels which causes anxiety and also weight gain. Get plenty of sleep. Exercise daily but don't overdo it. Walking is excellent because it gets you outdoors and exposed to sunlight. Stretching exercises are also very relaxing.
