The reason for the symptoms that you are showing can be the result of a number of factors like an allergy that is due to dust, a cold that you have been suffering from for a long time or then it could be indicating something more serious. Normally, people attribute a chest pain or burning in the chest to a problem related to the heart but that is not always the case. There are a whole lot of other reasons because of which a burning sensation in the chest can occur that might have nothing to do with the heart. Stress, however, has been the cause for pain in the chest as it directly affects your heart. This could also eventually lead to a heart attack if not diagnosed at the right time. Stress could also be one of the causes for burning in the throat, eyes as well as the nose. It is essential that you get a proper diagnosis for which you need to visit your doctor who will conduct a thorough medical examination of you and then confirm the reason for the same.
In the meantime, to provide relief from your symptoms, you can try the following things at home. First of all, make sure that you cover yourself well at home or when you get out especially if you are going to be exposed to a lot of dust and pollution as it will aggravate the burning in the eyes and nose. Do not stress yourself unnecessarily and if you feel that the stress is getting to you, indulge in activities that will de stress you. Adopting a healthy lifestyle can also bring about a change in these symptoms and try to avoid smoking and drinking as far as possible for better results. Burning in the chest could also be due to acidity and this can be tackled by maintaining regular eating habits, exercising daily or simply going for a walk. Have a glass of cold milk before going off to sleep to get rid of the burning sensation in your chest and you can even try having some ginger juice along with honey to treat the same. Wash your eyes with cold water and see if it helps in reducing the burning sensation.
