Gain Weight Healthily

I am very thin and I wanted to became fat. I eat to much but never become fat. Advice me what to do or what to eat. Thank you


Everyone wants to be physically fit and have a great body and stay perfectly in shape and thus, even if you are born thin, you will want to attain that perfect shape by putting on some weight. You are probably underweight and thus want to gain the extra pounds but this needs careful planning and putting on weight does not come with eating fatty food. On the other hand, it will pose a great threat to your health as fatty food eaten in large amounts is not at all good for the body. Besides, later on you may suffer from some serious health conditions like blood pressure, diabetes or a heart problem. You need to know that being thin is not a bad thing at all as long as you are healthy. However, if you have an intense desire to become fat, you can do that by building up on your muscles instead of fat. Eat four to five meals in a day rather than three big meals. Our muscle mass is normally proteins and therefore, to obtain lean muscles you need to eat a diet that is high in proteins as well as healthy fat.

If you do not get adequate amounts of proteins building up the muscle mass through amino acids is not at all possible. Fish that is fresh or canned, egg whites, milk, soy products, yogurt, cottage cheese, lean cuts of meat and poultry are excellent sources as they are rich in proteins. Make sure that your daily diet contains all the carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, minerals and protein that are required by the body. Unrefined carbohydrates are needed in your diet if you want to put on weight as these change into glycogen in the body which is an instant form of energy. Foods that are high in carbohydrates are brown rice, whole wheat bread, potatoes, rice pasta and dried fruits. Exercise daily so that you stay healthy and fit and do not consume any kind of junk food as they contain high amounts of saturated and Trans fat. Having banana milkshake is said to be a great way to put on weight or you can eat bananas three times in a day followed by having either milk or curds. Eating about 30 grams of raisins everyday for a month is said to help in weight gain. Drink a lot of milk and you can have this with a fruit diet too.
