This is actually possible with a couple of home remedies and taking a little extra care of your hair. First of all, you need to know that proper blood circulation to the head is essential if you want your hair to grow thick and long. This can be done by massaging your scalp and hair on a regular basis for at least 15 minutes as the scalp gets warmed up which in turn enables to activate the hair follicles.
Application of gooseberry oil is very beneficial in order to grow thick hair and it can be prepared at home itself by adding fresh gooseberry juice to coconut oil and boiling the mixture till they are mixed well together. You may apply this oil once you have finished massaging your head and wash your hair the next day. Healthy hair is directly related to eating a balanced and nutritious diet because of which you should make it a point to eat well. You should eat a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables especially those that are high in fiber as these are high in antioxidants which in turn enable to throw out all the toxins out of our body. Proteins are also essential for thick hair growth and thus, should be included in your diet. Another suggestion that has been given by many for years but barely followed is drinking a lot of water. You are required to drink 8 to 10 glasses of water everyday. It is also important that you maintain a stress free life and avoid the use of hair dryers, curlers, irons and hair products on you hair as they would worsen your hair condition leading to more hair fall.
