Laser and Electrolysis are methods intended to remove hair permanently.
Laser hair removal is safe for people of all ages but if you are a teenager we won't encourage you to use laser, as your hair growth pattern is not fully developed at this age. The laser will remove whatever hair is present, but it will not prevent patterns of hair growth which are still in the growth phase. Also, it is more effective on fair-skinned people.
In Electrolysis, needles are used to zap the hair follicle through electric pulses and prevent any further hair growth. It does not depend on pigmentation. In some people, if the hair root is not completely destroyed by the electrical pulse, then and the hair will return.
Both are slow processes and require several sessions to be effective.
