- You are either in depression or another mental tension ,please get out of your routine for 3 days to some weekend picnic with family or friends.
- Live life fullest ,but at a medium pace .Eat and drink well but in proportion do not over eat as it may also lead to exertion and sickness of all types.
- Take few minutes of each day in praying and meditation of any kind or try helping the needy or going to the hospital to visit a totally unknown patient and counsel him .
