Garlic tea and cayenne pepper tea in combination will do wonders for you. Take one crushed garlic clove, 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper and add into 8 ounces of warm or cold water. Let steep for 10 minutes and sip slowly. You may chew some parsley leaves to reduce the garlic taste afterward.
Eat 4 stalks of celery daily or juice celery stalks and add 1 apple to improve flavor.
Eat one banana daily.
Exercise and/or try biofeed back. Walk at least 3 time a day for 10/20 or 30 minutes a day. Go at your own pace...
