I am a weak person, few months before i had to stay somewhere where so much sound pollution occurred, i am affected by that. Since then my whole body (nerve) trembles like heartbeat. It is still continuing



This is psychosomatic, which means, noise pollution has disturbed you mentally and this is affecting your physical health as well. Fortunately, you have moved away from that sound pollution now. So, please learn to relax. You can practice pranayam (breathing exercises). This is one good simple exercise that you can benefit from.

  • Keep the thumb of your right hand over your right nostril and take in a deep breath (inhale) through your left nostril.
  • Then exhale through the same left nostril with your finger still on the right nostril.
  • Then press your 3rd finger on your left nostril and inhale through right nostril.
  • Then exhale through right nostril with finger still on left nostril.
  • Again keep thumb on right nostril and inhale through left nostril and repeat above steps.
Do this for 10 mins. This should relax you mentally as well as help you physically. You can even do this twice a day if possible or whenever you feel the trembles. You will feel much better.
