My daughter 14 yrs old is experiencing frequent dizzy spells, mild headaches & low appetite. She's not anemic and has regular menstrual cycles. Please suggest what is the cause?

- Get an adequate amount of rest and sleep during the day, to reduce the levels of stress and anxiety you experience. Lie down for a few minutes each day, whenever you get the chance. After sitting down or lying down for a while, make sure that stand up slowly.
- Increase your intake of vitamins to reduce nervousness and improve your overall balance. Also make sure that you do not go on for hours at a stretch without eating anything. Have a snack or a light meal every two to three hours.
