I took my contacts out this morning and my left eye just keeps tearing and it hurts in the light?

1. Please remove contacts properly and gently especially before you sleep.
2. Tearing may be due to an abrasion or trauma in the cornea, sclera etc.
3. Take a homeopathic remedy called as Arnica 30 5 pills 2 times daily for 10 days.
4. Then follow up with another homeopathic remedy called as Euphrasia 30 5 pills once at bed time for another 10 days.
