My age is 27 & I have sleeping problem since 3 last years. I do not take any alcoholic item, but I am running with some tension. How I can cure this problem, I do some yoga but it is not fully helpful.

  • Chamomile, a mild herb that soothes your nerves and relaxes your muscles
  • Kava, a sedative that induces sleep
  • Lavender, because it helps you feeler calmer and more relaxed
  • Lemon balm, as it has mild sedative properties
  • Passion flower, since it relieves stress and anxiety
There are several other herbs too that can be recommended as a part of natural insomnia treatment. However, there are side effects that have been associated with the use of several herbs and therefore, it is important to check with a doctor before using any of them.
