Everyone suffers from a breathing disorder at some point in time. Dryness in the summertime and congestion in the winter causes breathing disorders that leave you feeling tired and out of breath. In order to avoid any discomfort, there are a few things that need to be kept in mind:
- Always keep your nose protected with the help of a scarf or a filter that will keep the dust out.
- Fruit juices provide the required nutrition to help deal with minor ailments such as coughs or colds.
- Mucus in the throat causes great discomfort and can be treated by drinking ginger tea. Ginger is a well recommended decongestant and is very efficient in clearing up mucus congestions.
- Installing a humidifier in your bedroom will help to moisten the air and allow for easier breathing, especially at night. Breathing disorders at night cause restless sleep patterns. When your body is not given the required rest to recuperate, your condition will only worsen.
