- Drink at least one liter of water on an empty stomach, immediately after waking up in the morning. This is the best way to naturally flush out toxins from the body. This also greatly helps in keeping your digestive system healthy. Consult a doctor if you experience any discomfort when doing this.
- Stop eating junk foods and other fried and fatty foods. It will also help if you reduce your caffeine intake.
- Include green leafy veggies, tomatoes, whole grain cereals, and milk products in your daily dietary plan.
- Drink fresh fruit juices two to three times a day so as to get natural antioxidants. Intake of certain antioxidants such as vitamin E, zinc, and copper is very essential for maintaining the health of your hair.
