Try these tips to relieve hay fever -
- Many people can get cross reactivity to certain foods when they get hay fever, so in such situations it is wise to stay away from certain foods like honeydew, watermelon, cantaloupe, cherries, pears and peaches. Consuming these foods can not produce hay fever but can worsen its symptoms.
- Limit your outdoor activities in the morning between 05:00 am to 10:00 am.
- Add a pinch of salt and a pinch of baking soda in a pint of water. Stir till they dissolve. Then take this water in a spoon and try to sniff it up in each nostril.
- To keep your clothe pollen free preferably dry them indoors.
