Remedies on chest palpitation -
- Drinking grape juice daily will be very good for you as it provides immense relief from chest palpitations.
- Eat one ripe guava on an empty stomach everyday. This will provide you with relief within a short time if you are having palpitations due to anemia and nervousness.
- Take out the juice of snake gourd leaves. Drink 2 or 3 spoons of it three times a day.
- Add one tablespoon of honey and the juice of half a piece of lemon to one glass of warm water. Drink it every night before going to bed.
- Make a powder of dry coriander, aniseed and jaggery. Mix them in equal quantities. Consume 3 grams of this mixture after having meals till your palpitations normalize.
- The Indian herb Spikenard stimulates the heart. Add a pinch of camphor or cinnamon to 2-3 grams of it and eat it regularly. It is very effective for palpitations.
- Eat your vegetables either raw as salads or cook them very lightly.
- Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol, chocolates, carbonated drinks, spices and junk food.
- Eat whole wheat grains, fruits, nuts, seeds and sprouts for your meals.
- Practice some light yoga exercises regularly.
- You can also start swimming, cycling or skipping frequently.
