Try the following home remedies to ease your leg pain -
- Massage the leg with tea tree oil in the direction of the pain. This will help to loosen the stiff nerve.
- While sleeping at night keep your legs in elevated position by putting approximately 6 cm pillow under your leg. This will help to improve circulation.
- Soak your legs in warm water with salt added for 10-15 minutes. This will also help to relax the pain. If the pain persists then consult a specialist to know the exact cause of the pain and the treatment would follow accordingly.
