For reducing weight you should do some form of exercise but if your stomach has become fat then you should do some abdominal exercise along with that, every morning empty stomach have lukewarm water with lemon juice and honey in that and try to avoid fried food refined flour if you are non-vegetarian then leave all carbohydrates and go on protein diet, at least for 1 month just eat eggs, fish, chicken, all vegetables (except potato), fruits but no banana, grapes or mango, definitely you can see the difference. ...
